The Practical Structure:
The V’s is delivered as a carefully constructed sequence of Practical Wisdom Frameworks (educate), Embodied Visualization Meditations (embody), and Writing Rituals (empower).
You will move through the lessons at the pace of your own readiness. You can go through it in a weekend, or over the course of a year.
It is designed to stabilize and expand your nervous system’s capacity throughout the entire experience, and you will find yourself more stable in your inherent sense of wholeness, capability, and integrity when you are complete.
