90-Minute Session: Our intake session takes a deep dive into your life’s interconnected areas. You’ll identify core patterns, wounds, and blocks preventing confidence and connection.

This process sparks deeper thinking and inquiry about your current life and the multidimensional vision you aspire to live.

After the call, I will prepare a 100% customized Game Plan that will serve as a powerful foundation for your daily rhythms, inputs, and intentions moving forward in our work together.

12-Session Retainer

(12) x 75 Minute Sessions: After our Reset Intake process, we will begin bi-weekly sessions tailored to your growth, integrating breakthroughs into your life across multiple dimensions:
